Character Personality: At first glance, Gokudera is quick tempered and hot headed. He's quick to jump to conclusions and, often, get mad about them. He tolerates very little (usually nothing that doesn't have to do with the Tenth), and will often resort to violence to solve things he doesn't like. He acts before thinking, resulting in incredible recklessness and often life endangering situations.

Once you get to know him, you discover all the little things about him that most people don't get to see. He's actually incredibly smart, always doing well on tests in most subjects, and able to figure out complex situations (as long as there aren't dumb things like emotions involved) in a pinch. He also retains an interest in the paranormal; ghosts and aliens and the like. Talk to him long enough, and you'll find he's an expert on these things, and it turns out he's a bit superstitious as well. (He's pretty sure all his luck with his sister comes from the time he accidentally broke one of her mirrors when he was six.) Gokudera also seems to be rather good with children, though he'll swear up and down that he hates them.

Once you earn his respect, you earn Gokudera's complete loyalty (though this has only ever happened with the Tenth. He'll deny anything about the rest of the family) and friendship (though he still has trouble grasping the concept of friendship). He's fiercely protective of those he cares about and won't hesitate to risk his life, or take someone else's, to protect them.

Character Abilities: He's incredibly well versed in using dynamite as a main weapon, and has been ever since he was a child. He's perfected many techniques over the years, including redirecting their trajectory to improve upon accuracy. He can be constantly found smoking, and he uses cigarettes as a quick tool to light sticks of dynamite. Aside from that, he knows basic fighting maneuvers, and his intelligence has saved him and his friends more than once. He can easily sort out a battle plan and execute it, as well as figuring out new weapons quickly as they come along.

Besides that, there are his abilities obtained through being the Storm Guardian of the Vongola. The Sistema C.A.I., a system he developed himself, utilizes the box weapons of many different attributes instantaneously. There's the Storm Cat, Uri, who besides being a pest and eating him out of house and home, can combine with his Sistema C.A.I. in the future, and his bright shiny new Vongola gear, in this day and age (though he hasn't yet had the opportunity to test this out.). Uri also has the capability to absorb Sun Flames and transform into a Storm Leopard, increasing its attack power and speed, though he is still inexperienced.

When Uri combines with either the Sistema C.A.I. or himself via the Storm Version X Belt Buckle, it allows him to use G Archery, which can increase the output of his Storm Flames, and allow him to use a number of arrow techniques such as Tornado Flame Arrow, Gatling Arrow, and the Rocket Bomb Version X, among others.

Character Weaknesses: Gokudera's number one weakness is Sawada Tsunayoshi, the Tenth Boss of the Vongola family. Gokudera has pledged his loyalty to him and will go out of his way to make him happy or protect him. He aims to be Tsuna's right hand man, and anyone who tries to argue can send him into near fits.

His number two weakness is his sister and her infamous 'poison cooking.' Having been force fed it as a child, he's developed a psychological trauma so that anytime he sees her, he is overcome with incredible stomach cramps and the urge to vomit, which can put him out of commission for as little as a few minutes to as long as a couple of hours.


[ WEAPON ONLY SECTION ]

Why your character should be a Weapon: Gokudera is fit to be a weapon partially from his desire to be Tsuna's right hand man. It's his desire to be useful. He's a bit more of a follower than a leader. Plus, with his explosive personality, and policy of 'violence first, ask questions later,' it seems most fitting.

What is your character's Weapon form?: A large ornate bow that seems to be made of bones, with the drawstring covered in flames harmless to the user. When an arrow is strung, he can use the flames to create different types of projectiles, similar to those of the G Archery, as is his form. He can fire a simple flaming arrow (Tornado Flame), a flaming arrow combined with lightning to help strengthen the effects (Flame Thunder), and has the ability to let the user fire several flaming arrows at once, up to four (Gatling Arrow). Accuracy is improved over use of a normal bow and arrow, but not 100%.

First Person:
[Gokudera's face appears on the screen, scowling up a storm. He is Not Happy with the situation. Capital N-H. Italics. He's supposed to be protecting the Tenth's legacy back home and he's stuck here in a place called Death City.]

What the fuck is with this place? And what the hell does it mean I'm some sort of 'weapon?' I'll show them a weapon!

And someone took my goddamn Vongola gear! If you have it, I need that back! It's my proof of being the Tenth's right hand man! I'll come give you a good ass kicking if I have to. All my explosives are gone too. What the fuck is with this?

At least I still have my cigarettes... [He reaches into his pocket to pull one out and stick it in his mouth.]

Anyone know where I can find the first exit outta this place?


Third Person:

Those Shimon kids are going down. Ruining the Tenth's ceremony like that, putting that damn baseball freak in the hospital. Yamamoto might not make it! And all because of some stupid family grudge dating back to the Primo. Gokudera is not going to stand for this. He has his shiny new Vongola gear belt buckle on and is ready to beat the shit out of these punks, even if it's still hard to believe they're the bad guys behind this.

Grabbing his cigarettes and his lighter, shoving them in his pocket, he goes to grab his jacket off the bed and passes out.

Upon waking up, he is quick to notice that this is no longer his apartment. It's dark and cold, and he actually paid the heating bill this month, so it shouldn't be cold. And looking around, squinting in the dark, this is definitely not his bedroom.

"Where the fuck am I?"

This is so not funny right now, if this is someone playing a joke on him. If he got hit with that damn bazooka, he's going to kill that goddamn cow once and for all, Lightning Guardian or not. They can find someone else to fill the role.

Immediately reaching for his newest weapon, he freezes when he finds it gone. This is So Not Good. He just got the thing, he can't have lost it already! He needs that to be of use to the Tenth!

"Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit!"

Now he's panicking a little, feeling all over his body for the thing. For anything. He's also starting to notice a certain lack of dynamite on hand. He's never without at least ten sticks.

"Shit! What the hell is going on here!"

That's when the screen flickers on above him, making him fall backward.
